Recommended Daily Intake: Take 1 portion daily (11 g powder – 2 level scoops) with plenty of liquid. We recommend drinking at least 2 liters of water per day additionally.
Preparation: Mix 1 portion (11 g powder – 2 level scoops) with 150 ml cold water or juice in a shaker with a strainer and shake for 10 seconds. Slight foaming is normal.
